Ibrahim my dear friend, seems you have proved your point, without a doubt.....There is no reason for you to defend your feelings or opinions anymore....The writing is on the wall..In your case, its in the ruler and the video...The ball is in her court now, lets see what her next move will be....

Regardless, you have every right to feel mislead, betrayed and/or lied to.....

Good Luck with your boy, he is nice at this period of his growth...Hang in there, still time to grow in height...

 Clc29,

Thank you so much, most probably what you said is the truth.

Well I'm sorry to hear that you've had a misunderstanding with Andrea. I say this because any dealings I've had with Andrea have all been good.
I don't however quite understand why you feel you the need to go to a forum to get a public explanation for this. Maybe I did not see a post of yours explaining that you've tried many times to get an explanation but that it is not forthcoming. Is this the case? And ultimately I don't really know what you want to achieve by this.

Do you want your dog taken back(because he does look like a fine specimen indeed) and another dog given to you or do you want your money back? Please explain because if neither of the above scenarios applies then again I don't know why you are complaining. If it is an apology you want, why does it have to be public? Is this some form of retribution you feel by posting on this forum.? Is this some form of personal gang up(with the backing of the forum) that you want against Andrea?? What would you have done prior to the internet and forums??? You seem polite enough to me Ibrahim and so I am sure that you could persist on a personal level to get some explanation from her without the need to post here. Please examine your motivations for this request because I don't see the reason.

klekconi....

As you say, Ibrahim is polite ....On the other hand, you could let the breeder speak on her own behalf if she feels that is appropriate...I have seen at least a couple breeders respond when it was necessary to clear any confusion or misunderstanding....JMO...IMO I do not think Ibrahim meant any malice toward this breeder...He is just reaching out where he thinks his questions might get answered...

I agree Ruger.

I think Ibrahim has been very honest about why he posted it here, if you read back you will see.

Just speaking from a puppy buyers point of view, (mine) if a breeder told me a certain thing about a dog, (which I was buying unseen,) in order for me to respect him as a breeder, I'd want that detail to be the truth.

Is that too much to ask?

Apparently!

I am certainly not saying that he may not have a point. All I am saying is why get us involved?? The only reason one would want to publicize any grievance against anyone on a forum(particularly if there is no financial incentive) is to embarrass them and presumably punish them by somewhat dragging their name and reputation down. There is no other reason. People take people to court for financial gain and compensation 99% of the time. If we take this out of the equation then whats left apart from some attempt to sully your name?

Perhaps if the breeder would have just responded to Ibrahim's email request to explain the discrepancy concerning what she initially told him verses what he thought was the truth about what he was getting, maybe this would not have come to this point......

As for him getting us involved, that was not his intent....We choose to get involved if we respond by our own free choice.....If anyone doesn't want to get involve, than they should choose not to respond or post on the thread....Ibrahim was just trying to make others aware that the lack of communication and clarification could lead to this...I believe he was implying that as buyers,  we should all be 100% informed as to what we are buying. As breeders, we need to make sure to be as clear and accurate as possible when answering a potential buyers question and not answer questions with a vague answer...Leave no room for doubt, surprises, or disappointment......

No sarcasm intended, just stating my opinion....

Nonacona 60, I don't believe it was just a matter that Ibrahim  wanted to make others aware that a lack of clarification and communication could lead to this. There was definite intent and demand with his post. This in fact was the conclusion of the initial post:

I am sending you this e mail and at the same time I shall make a copy and post it on the PDB, same site you advertised him for sale, my only demand from you is an answer/explain to a simple and straight question:
Why did you mislead me on his height?

Waiting for your kind reply

Sincerely
Ibrahim Abulaban
Amman-Jordan

Why did he feel the need to use PDB as leverage for an answer?? From his initial post it is clear that, ok he may not have gotten the response he wanted after  an email. But does that automatically make it right for him to bring this issue into a public forum?? Smacks of a hint of blackmail if you ask me..... Sort of "well if you cant answer me as I want, I will drag your name through the mud"....  Just does not seem right. There are other avenues which are more dignified and satisfactory for both parties.

IMO, your posts are offensive and disrespectful....not Ibrahims.....I think anything can be said, if it is said with respect and kindness.  I understand the awkwardness for the breeder to be asked publicly, but she has been asked politely ... as is evidence why most on this board are in support of Ibrahim...
