Red Sable

For what it is worth Ibrahim.  I totally believe you when you say the dog is not 60 cm.  You obviously know, you have the dog.
I don't believe for a second you'd have even posted this if you were not sure he is smaller than the breeder said.
I wish you only the best.

Ladyfrost, size matters to me, and to most.  Those who say it doesn't are not being totally honest.

Hima- the dog looks fantastic from all aspects, regarding the height you have to wait till he is fully matured as he can make up the difference. I like very much the pedigree since Hill is one of my favorites.

Enjoy him & do not think of negative points.

 Ibrahim,
I think at this point in time, you have made it clear that the dog is not the height she told you were being sent.....If the dog was at her trainer, than it was her responsibility to ask that the dog be measured for you so she could give an accurate answer........

I understand that you are upset with the dog's height, but more so with the fact that you feel you were mislead with a simple question you asked, that with a little effort could have been easily answered...I think you have made that perfectly clear.....

As a breeder, I feel that if someone shows me any sign of doubt, I would put forth the effort to answer all questions as clearly as possible.....If I still have any doubts from the possible buyer, than I would not go through with it....The last thing the breed needs is an owner that is not 100% satisfied.....Because in the end, who really suffers.....Please don't think I am saying that you, Ibrahim are unhappy and the dog you now have will suffer.....I am making a very, "IN GENERAL" statement....However, as long as all breeders are honest and up front, puts forth the effort to answer all questions honestly, than hopefully, situations such as this could all be avoided....

JUST MY OPINION!!!!

One thing ...a dog can be Sg 3 as a junior club sieger. And than
a year later he is competing in adult class an suddenly he
is V1.....I saw this happen few years back with a German
Rottweiler in Neuenburg. Here is Hill some one mentioned
him, so I will use him as an example. He goes from VA 8
to V2 in 2 years. Hill is grandpa I think. Jr Club they only give out SG ratings
they wait for adult ot a V Raing.

Körbericht (P.Meßler):
Sehr ausdrucksvoll, groß, gehaltvoll, mittelkräftig, mustergültige Gebäudeverhältnisse, hoher, langer Widerrist, gerader Rücken, korrekt gelagerte Kruppe, korrekte Winkelungen der Vor- und Hinterhand, ausgeglichene Brustverhältnisse, gerade Front, sehr korrekt in der Schrittfolge zeigt er weit ausgreifende Gänge mit kraftvollem Nachschub, wirksame Rückenübertragung, freier Vortritt. Sicher Wesen, TSB ausgeprägt; läßtab.

V. Besondere Vorzüge:
Korrektes Höhen/Längen- und Laufknochenverhältnis. Mustergültiger Gebäudeschluß.

VI. Beratung für die Zuchtverwendung:
Als direkter Mutz-Nachkomme über die Vaterlinie geeignet zur Verbreiterung der Blutbasis.

Shows Date Place Judge Group Result Seat
August 2004 Karlsruhe NA GHKLR VA 2
September 2003 ULM Erich Orschler GHKLR VA 3
September 2002 Karlsrühe Peter Meßler GHKLR VA 8
September 2001 Düsseldorf Erich Orschler JHKLR. SG 1  ... is a JR SG1 is the winner?

The other thing is always stand in back of the dog not to
the side. His head can go down and withers go up.

If he is only 12 months looks like he is going to be bigger than
Hill.....Hill, did very good, but according to the standard. His owner
saw him  go through some stages before he got a VA2 on him.

Hill  was descended from Mutz and is recommend for breeding
for his conformation and his bloodline. At least that is what some
stuffy Judge and breed warden say....In his critique.

Ibri.....You just might have a good dog. Wait until 18 months.
He looks nice at 12 months. He does look like he will be a big
dog.

When I gathered information about von Nimbus all I received back was good things about the people and the dogs, I myself like Eon von Nimbus a lot, some guys I know who saw the dog said excellent remarks and comments about him. I even can say that the breeder was fair and generous with me about the price and I made the transaction without any fear of any slight chance I may be fooled as von Nimbus care about their reputation and are very well known inside and outside Germany. But I was shocked of his height and thought of myself ( a fool) and I was unhappy that she ignored my e mail and failed to answer me, that is all about it, I do not feel very good about me having to make my first negative post over here.

If the only problem with this dog is a few cm's then you don't have a lot to complain about considering some of the stories on here.

Ibrahim,

Everyone likes you here, and that can mean big trouble
for even a well known breeder....We will see what he looks
like in 6 months.
