It has nothing to do with hate, and everything to do with not jumping to conlcusions or using half truths to paint a picture or sway opinion.

Whateva .. I suppose you missed the part of the second fatal shot after the dog lay there breathing for 10 minutes ... ya, those owners really wanted that after midnight.

I find your conclusion to be made in haste and incredibly biased.

"Why is it people with no badge who inadvertently kill a dog would be charged with negligent homicide ?"
Horse Pucky, No one is charged with negligent homicide or murder for killing a dog. You like throwing out BS comments like that don't you? WTF is with the "the officer EXECUTED" the family dog at the request of the neighbor? The Officer investigating the neighbors complaint found an old dying dog probably (no such word as prolly) in pain. Given the time of night (no Vet clinics open?)
he did the proper and humane thing (with the husbands permission) and euthanized the dog in an
expedient manner (10 minutes until the 2nd shot according to the wacky wife who lets her dog suffer and then spins a different story for FB) and then stays to help bury the dog. Under the heading of "no good deed goes unpunished" his thanks is a hack job report from a "journalist" who's main worry is getting paid and someone like you who wants the story to go viral. Great Idea lets ruin the guys life and carreer because believe what ever you find on the Internet.
