I think the cop should have shot the two owners and buried them.

Then he should have arrested the journalist.

Thomas, I was refering to the new law in Ohio, the law recently categorized police dogs as regular members of the police force. You should maybe go look at the new charges.

I'm not gonna argue ... I'm confident there's more people against this crap than those of you here supporting it.

Until next time ....  LOL

The only case I'm talking about is the one in the OP.
Not all the unrelated cases that get thrown in to the discussion. I always love when anyone losing an argument or discussion falls back on the old  "I'm done arguing" ploy.

I did not say I'm done arguing, I said I'm not gonna argue with you Thomas. Who in their right mind (pun intended) would believe I'm done arguing against this BS.

The new case you linked had NOTHING to do with the original topic. I kow every case you can google that is remotely related to the POSSIBILITY of wrong doing you want to pile on.
Just because a hack journalist wants to sensationalize an incident to gain attention or $$$$
doesn 't mean what they write is true   The legal system is better suited to try these cases then
lay internet "experts" also.

Poor dogs. RIP

by Dobermannman on 07 August 2012 - 00:08

The dog IN THE ORIGINAL STORY, is probably resting in peace after the police officer humanely ended it's suffering. Which is more then the original owners or the "journalist" or all the internet
grand standing and posing ever did !

Excuse me?  I wrote exactly what information was available to me.  The woman owner posted her story on Facebook.  I saw that and immediately called the police dept and spoke with the Chief, who gave me the dept's story, and also confirmed that she was there filing a complaint, stating the same things that she had posted on facebook.

What did I do that warrants arrest?  I took no sides.  I reported what she said, and what the Chief said, nothing more, nothing less.

Also, when I saw the initial post on Facebook, I immediately tried to contact her for more information.  I sent her a msg and a friend request, but she didn't answer.  Two days later she accepted my friend request, but still hasn't responded about more information on the situation, so there was nothing else I could report other than what she posted publicly on Facebook, then what the Chief told me personally.

Dear journalist,

I suggest you go back and re-read the posts of one Thomas Barriano.

Mr. Barriano laid out the facts rather punctiliously IMO. I'm certainly not going to re-hash everything that has already been posted.
