I'm trying to change the photo on my dog to a stacked picture, and it keeps telling me that the file size is too large. And I've tried multiple images to replace the current one and they all say the same. Any way to fix this?

You will need to resize your images. Check the resolution. If it is 300 lower it to 150 or 72. :-)
