GO TO germanshepherd.rescueme.org and look up this ad for "Scarlett" in the State of Illinois TO SEND AN EMAIL INQUIRING ABOUT THIS DOG. The email address did not copy onto the GSD forum posting along with the name of the shelter.   |

Scarlett was consficated when she was very young from a previous owner for neglect, being underweight and malnourished. She has recovered her weight and coat, and is a very friendly and affectionate girl, very gentle. She was adopted out for about a year, but her adopter had to return her to rescue so she is available again. She is from well bred West German showlines and has that very pretty glide when she trots. She just had her third birthday on Feb. 22nd. She is good on a leash with a prong collar and knows sit, is crate trained and house trained and wills stay inside a fence.
