So, it's 1:20 in the morning, I just let some of the dogs in from the yard, rotated others out (we keep odd hours here). Got everybody back in the house and appropriately separated, and doled out some dead cow parts for everybody.

I'm watching dogs happily gnaw on some beef neck bones and enjoying their company. In a couple hours, I'll do some heel work with Wesson, and work more with Loch on picking up keys. I don't have any dogs to bathe for the rest of the week, everybody is clean.

What is life without pets? Pretty abysmal, I think.

congrats Xeph and it's a very good accomplishment so far, getting a major owner handled is not that easy. anyway, it's not the direction I want to go in again, but I do understand the attraction and hope you do well.

Thank you, Rik :) I appreciate that AmLines are not for everybody. For my show purposes, they make me happy...but it looks like I will always have a little bit of everything in my house. Too many good dogs to choose from :)

Now THAT'S funny stuff! [Loch...keys...hey, it's late. Pretty good for 2 AM!] I hear ya on the odd hours thing...and I'm actually on vacation this week. Usually, I'm doing work at 2 AM; I find I often write my best reports in those hours of the night.

I still like Wesson's look, and will like her even more when she finishes maturing and comes into her full adult phenotype. She's going to be stunning, and there's no denying the Hoheneichen behind her [nor the CTH, with her ear set! Wink Smile

I have a picture of Loch sitting on my van. My friend Anya made a point to say "Hey, did you Loch your car?"

That's the new thing now...making sure my vehicle is Loch'd :p

Impromptu cell phone picture. Taken after she and 3 of the other dogs went running at the fairgrounds today. It cooled off considerably, and the weather was PERFECT for a long romp.
