I agree w/CLC. She doesn't look thin to me at all; her coat is awful from pups and lack of brushing/poor food and her ears were atrocious, which may also be from poor food, or mites, or whatever. She looks a bit soft (physically).

It looks like Gritt is very happy to be back with Christina.  I hope she lives out the remainder of her years with Christina and her family.  Just breaks my heart at what she must have endured to appear the way she did in the original video. God Bless you, Gritt.

I know there are a number of forums where you can share your sympathies with the Breed Warden in question. Please forgive me if I elect not to participate.

And she'll live happily ever after! I am so glad that she is safe, sound and back with her mom.

Geez, the dog is back home. It might be time to celebrate that rather than keeping up with the personal digs (and I'm not referring to you, Jenni).

I'm happy this dog is in a better place physically and emotionally, hope she lives a long healthy life:)

Very, very happy that Grit is back home and safe.  One could not help but be taken by this story and the horrifying video of the OP.

UPDATE: Grit is doing great! Amazing how fast she returned to her normal, friendly, loving self once she wasn't being chased around a kennel by a mad-woman anymore.
