yes Lee Hough is a USA Breed Warden, but she sure shouldn't be and she won't be for much longer... Melissa - sorry for the confusion too. I don't think I know you and I don't think you know me. Where in PA are you? I'm in Carlisle, a LOOONNNNGGG way from Pittsburgh where the troublemaker lives, thank goodness PA is a very big state.

Yes, Ms Hough is a USA breed warden. And I was unfortunate to have a conversation with her back in 2005. Ten minutes is all it takes to understand this person should not be allowed out without supervision.
