Molly, I just read the posting you were involved in and have to say that IMO your posts had the ring of truth to them. I also want to say that if that as&^ole got within 100 yds of my dog I would find out how HE felt about having a high electric charge on HIS testicles. As for the person (whomever it was) who let their dog off lead in public, that is just plain stupid and dangerous. Not only to other patrons of the store and their dogs but to their own dog. What if the dog had run into the parking lot and gotten hit? Or come across a bigger meaner dog? (I have seen some pits in Petsmart that I would not want to put my girl against. She would give a good account of herself but would almost certainly be injured at least.)

Molly, I also read the posting and Must say... anybody whos a fan of this charecter, Gene England who was almost banned from ever partcipating in schutzhund due to abusive training must have a screw lose in their heads.

Proud, the character who made this website is a nutcase, and a well-known one. Everything I say is the truth, I have nothing to hide, never have, and never will. Also only one identity on this and any other forum - myself. Still haven't heard from Lee/KHill/TimLC/BeammeupScotty/dogford4/ike2/Kougar/Cahill - so I'll conclude it for her. She brought a dog aggressive Schh3 German Shepherd dog to a Pet Store where she had been asked to leave previously, and told never to return. The dog was off-leash and she was not near it when it attacked and injured a small dog who was on leash. AC was called, and charges were filed. Bottom line - this is extremely BAD NEWS for our breed - one more "GSD attack" and even worse - a Schh titled dog handled by a big mouth Schh "handler" - not good for a sport that is precarious in the first place. Beware of Lee Hough, Wolfstraum Kennels - beware of having anything to do with her.

Personally I dont take to heart anything I read on a web board about anyone that I havent dealt with in person. I can say that I have emailed Molly personally on many occasions with questions, etc. and have had nothing but polite, detailed and very correct answers each time. I think there are better uses of time than harrasing a good breeder with great stock and ethics. Take that as you will, its obvious that somewhere in the large state of PA, there was someone where they shouldn't have been letting a dog do something it shouldn't have been. Something bad happened as a result and know we all have a shining example of why rules exist.

Baby Eagle, why would you bring up something that was on the net over 5 years ago? You don't even have a GSD, do you? How would you know where to find such information? Did you ever wonder why Molly is the only one who uses her real name? Where do you live in PA?

Blitzen, I brought it up only because I wanted to know the truth of it all. And I wasn't around forums 5 years ago. The link was posted to me in the past 6 months on a Malinois forum. And yes I own a GSD. http://www.pedigreedatabase.com/gsd/pedigree/289819.html

"Bottom line - this is extremely BAD NEWS for our breed - one more "GSD attack" and even worse - a Schh titled dog handled by a big mouth Schh "handler" - not good for a sport that is precarious in the first place." When did this happen? Does USA know about this? This kind of thing is so irresponsible that it's disgusting. What is wrong with people??????????

wait... isn't AKC and PetsMart on the blink together? I thought they had a falling out over sponcers a few months ago. Maybe this is a "revenge" on AKC for the new WDS... to make it look bad in the publics eye? Something sounds fishy.

Hi there, My apologies to Molly. I only mentioned her because she is the only breed warden I was aware of in PA. I did not realize Lee Hough was one as well!

by spook101 on 14 January 2007 - 16:01

This is depressing. We are headed the way of the Rott, Dobe, AmStaff, etc.. There is nothing we can do. There are already too many irresponsible people involved in this breed and plenty of politician who are willing to legislate how we will own our dogs.
