Buffy, im not so much a loser as a failure. ive not reach my goals and mostly likely have not reach yourlevel of success. but until can stop hiding, and let us know who you are and what you have done, i really cant take you seriously Brittany, ill tell you who the F*@K i am, im a guy who would rather" discuss why she is trying to sell her puppies ro $1000. let her know why she cant do it im a guy who see a benefit in dialogue rather than ranting from atop my soap box im a guy who has titled a few dogs and while ive not won, im one step closer. I also realize that while a BH is an accomplishment it is not a title, and i resufe to allow sh*t dogs to live in my kenel. (should you ever adopt the same rules, please send Zambi to me, ive got a nice pup from and untitled bitch, and i fatten Zambi up and use the meat to teach him how to track, and the hide on a flirt pole) im a guy who is willing to post my accomplishment, failures, video etc.. as compared to you, who will give advice on things you have not knowledge of. you have no knowledge of training, or breeding. only aspirations of being more than you are. im a guy who has done some good things, and some very bad things, ive given advice and taken advice, ive won and lost arguemetns but most importantly i can say, I WAS WRONG, AND IM SORRY. you on the other hand are none of these things, you've apologized on this board, but not because you were actually sorry for what you did. Rather because others had called you out. you were sorry others repremanded you, not for what you did. Until you've done something you need to shut your mouth, no good comes of it. so stick to your dreams of greatness, but i believe the 1980's pop star Tifanny said it best when she said "What could have been, is better than what will ever be"

I agree with wscott00, SILENCE! Until I lift this ban on you, no more posts. Secondly, there is nothing wrong with making money from breeding, training & selling dogs. It is totally moral as long as it is done in a responsible manner. Do not equate this to the likes of a pet shop. * How fortunate someone can be to make a few bucks while enjoying their passion and hobby!!! Lets face it folks, while there are alot of costs involved, nobody has $1,000 into a pup. If you do, I have a bridge to sell you real cheap! On average, an 8 week old puppy costs me $250 - $300 or so. That includes costs of food, vet care, registration, etc. * * IF * * *, you want to account the costs of purchasing the parents of a litter, and you average out a cost per puppy (for accounting purposes), you will have much more into each puppy for the first litter or 2. But let's be realistic here. Any breeder who posts an ad wants to make a few bucks! And I say GOOD FOR YOU! Can we get rich? Probably not. But can we sell qulaity puppies and dogs and make a nice supplemental income? ABSOLUTELY! And if teh dogs are loved, well cared for and all intent to keep the breed sound and hearty was given in the process, it is 1,000% O.K. !!! Christina - When you are new, it may take a little longer to sell pups. Most of the puppies you will end up selling will go to pet homes. Just hang in there. Word of mouth goes along way. BRITTANY IS BANNED!

There are very few breeder that make an good/honest living. there are those that make an honest living from dogs, but chances are they make less than, having a full time job and getting promotions. there are those that make alot of money from selling dogs, but 9 times out of 10 they are not honest. My point is, if you start breeding you need to decide what you want to do, make money or be honest and provide solid puppies. there is a limited market for puppies that are $1000+, but plenty of people that will pay $400 - $800 for a well bred puppy. the second you start talking about how much you have invested in the parents, it becomes a business (and there is nothing wrong w/ that) but you need to look at it from a business and marketing point of view.

Betty, I'm for the puppies.. Thats what makes me who I am. If people do not have enough recourses and knowledge then they shouldn't be breeding in the first place. I admit that I'm not an expert in breeding... Do you see me breeding Zambi and then coming here and asking questions, especially complaining how I cant find homes for them? NO! Because I rather seek education rather than doing things the wrong way. REMEMEBER puppies do not ask to be in this harsh world.. IMO If breeders keep reducing their prices... it means that their doing something terribly wrong.
