Oh, good grief. It says the pup was confiscated and impounded, but I just spoke with AC and they said they will be giving the pup back to the owner, tomorrow. They told me to send in our rescue paperwork in case it doesnt happen..

followed up this. Her owners have untiil the 30th to claim her, but if they dont, there is already a pre-paid adoption in place :)

Yup- cant believe they returned him to his owner, from whom the pup was confiscated :(
