Reggie don't worry you are safe. This one goes to ''walid786'' yes that was the litter,do you have something to say regarding this litter ?

Dobermannman,i don't need sympathy from you,you move on,you don't even have german shepherds, and you don't know nothing about the breed nor politics involve with that,so simly you are not qualified ,believe me i would never buy a puppy from you,bye !!!

Jerzy,

I just lost my GSD Gwrgenau in August and my wife still has her 10 year old Ivy, so please don't make ignorant statements about  what I know about the breed and GSD politics. I've been a UScA member for  10 + years.  This isn't even about GSD's it's about your delustional believe that any breeder is obligated to sell you a puppy just becasue you want one.  No deposit no contract sorry SOL

Thomas, it´s different over here...at least the elder breeders don´t care about contracts.
If they tell you that you get the pup, you get it, plain and simple.
When picking up your pup you pay it, and some weeks later (depending on promptness of breeder and SV ) you get the peds.
Just that simple - some "younger" breeders start using written contracts, but that´s not the norm yet.

Thank you Susie, you explained everything clear and simple.I might be an old fashion guy,but still to me word means word, and to most breeders in Germany and Europe as well. There are exemption like Tim but believe me not many. Nobody in Europe sell you puppies with ''contract'' you buy it and that is it.When you buy older dog and you pay lots of many then you sign contract,Dobermannman you got that now?  if not then nothing i can do to convince you, because you know everything better.Susie is a German and she lives in Germany, and nobody knows better then she how the system works there, are you questioning her honesty and digniti too?

Susie,

Where are the individuals located ? I beleve Tim Klatt is located in Germany but I'm not sure about Jerzey ?

Is it common practice for a breeder to sell muliple females from the same litter to one individual ?

With all the horror stories about people getting ripped off by unscrupulous European breeders. I'm not sure if hand shake deals with no contracts or depoists are that good of an idea anymore ?

Jerzy,

Susie is ONE German giving her opinion of how things work in her circle..  Keep on whining all you want Jerzy. You're not getting three females from Herr Klatt.  Deal with it

Dobermannman.I keep whining, but you are still arrogant, and you know better then everybody else.i know you are friend with Tim that's why you defending him.Beside i am done with Tim,and i don't want these puppies from him,and i will never do business with him or someone like you .Got this now? There are thousands litters every year in Germany,so i think i should be fine, and i will find another puppies.I really think now that you are lack in knowledge in this matter and does not make any sense to keep this going, you are repeating yourself and twisting the subject.

Thomas: " Is it common practice for a breeder to sell muliple females from the same litter to one individual ? "

A lot of breeders will sell you as many puppies as you want to buy as long as there are no local potential buyers.
My "circle" is Germany - a lot of us still believe in words, and please don´t mix Germany with whole Europe, that´s like mixing Texas with Mexico...

Jerzy,

I"m not the only one here that thinks you're a whinner and you are just as wrong about me being a friend of Tim Klatt as you were about my knowledge about GSD politics and not owining any. I never heard about Tim Klatt  or met him before this topic.

It's about your whinning nothiing else. You thought enough about this litter to want THREE puppies and was even offered to pay more then he was asking and now your trash talking him telling people not to deal with him? .  I'm sure Tim Klatt is broken hearted about you not buying a puppy from him. I hope the "thousands of litters" born in Germany every year think twice about selling you a puppy now that they know you'll trash them on the PDB if you don''t get your way.
