If you go to a pedigree and click the edit button - it is in the top section/owners section. I haven't tested it.

I just experienced something that I'm not quite sure how it happened....I added my dog over a year ago, and I just went to go in to edit his profile and it tells me he was added by someone named Xeph or something like that. I am the breeder and owner of this dog and i'd LOVE to know how in the world this happens!!!?? Because I can't do anything with his profile!

You can ask to be the owner. You can go into edit and there is a link to ask for rights. I asked the owner earlier how this is happening, hopefully I can get an explanation.

I sent the person a message myself, explaining that I'm the owner and breeder of this dog and to please do something about it so I may edit his information. I just don't understand because the picture that's on there and everything is all the stuff I put on when I added him. It just doesn't make any sense what so ever.

They can't do a thing. You must go to the edit page and ask for edit rights.

It does make perfect sense because the ownership/editorship data was somehow messed up. Or more likely the last person who edited might have somehow become the owner of the pedigree when the owner of the site made the changes to lock the pedigrees. Please follow may advice go to the pedigree click the green edit button and follow the link to ask for edit rights.

I just sent the request, and explained why I wanted the rights...hopefully they will see it soon and grant me those rights. That way I can edit my dogs profile. Thank you for the advice

I just granted you the rights and I know how it happened Xeph asked for edit rights and they were granted.
