I'd post the transcripts but I think Tauyna and Josef would be mortified by the way I was talked to and treated.

So, you're posting the above without having talked to "Tauyna and Josef"?  Who was the broker?

Why didn't you notify Taunya and Josef about this before posting here?

no broker- the emails were direct from taunya

Then maybe you should post the transcripts, all of them, in their entirety.  That way everyone has the whole story.

If I posted the emails from Eurosport on how they handled my problem they'd be embarrassed to let other see how I was treated. No  I did not have a broker.  You misunderstood my post.

I didn't misunderstand your second post.

And claiming they sold you a sick dog without posting verification of communication isn't equally "embarrassing"?

i posted this on the thread dawngypsygirl started reposting on this thread:

dawngypsygirl - What sort of health guarantees were given?  I went to their site and didn't see any info on this.

Aren't there some basic state/fed consumer laws in place to protect people from being sold animals with undisclosed pre-existing illnesses? This seems like a very big deal and not just oops we didn't know or sorry bad luck.  If they didn't know she was sick they should still accept responsibility that the dog is sick and got sick before she arrived at the new owners home.  If they were selling the dog for someone else they still are the ones selling her as healthy.  A vet check gives the buyer the impression that the dog is healthy and this wasn't the case, so for non-professional/less savvy buyer there's a false sense of security.

At the very least this is really bad customer service sounds like if you get a good dog they're great but if you have any problems there's no support because they certainly didn't explain themselves to the satisfaction of the OP or this thread would not have been started.  It would a completely different story if the dog got sick a year after purchase, then they would not be responsible but it doesn't sound like that's not at all the case here.  I would expect more especially from a large well known breeder.

I'm I way off base here?

I reposted a link to this thread.

We don't know if it's bad customer service because we haven't seen the communications or the whole story.

We have a person that posted:

Why mortified if the communication was between her and them?

Please all lets not make this in he said she said. In every deal there is a chance of something going wrong. Of someone being disappointed. Many times is simply miscommunication. One party gets what they didn't want because the other party didn't quite understood what they wanted to begin with. So even if Eurosport sold you sick dog, dose not make them a bad breeders is just a deal going bad. With how long they been in a business, and how many dogs they sell every year I would be surprise if there would not been an issue. So get in touch with them work something out, and don't bring this sh*t to a public forum where everyone is hiding behind a fake name. Eurosport been in a business for a while and most people are satisfied with dealing with them, there is even a lot of other breeders that buy adult dogs directly from them I think that should speak highly of the quality of service they provide.

I am sorry that your dog is sick and I really understand your frustration, but get in touch with them work something out, I am sure if they are really responsible for misrepresentation they will be willing to work something out with you.

Good Luck.

sdchargers- Do you still have your Eurosport dog Dohna? Haven't seen any breedings from her on your website? Pete.

snajper69 that is exactly why I asked for the communications.  I find it interesting that publicizing the communications would be "embarrassing" but not publishing a claim without backup wouldn't be?

I think there's more to that story.
