If you need my help then put on this forum what you want from me, no secret service stuff but out in the open as it should be then i can decide if i want to participate i have had enough secrets in my life without resorting to them on a Dog Forum.
If it is that secret then i am not interested in holding anything back from the Guys posting on here

Has anyone called PETA? They have a huge network of people world wide, that would be out rage for these poor animals.

I'm sure if you contact them they will let everyone know about the danager these animals are in & end it.
Should spread the word through the social media / live media to help contact the local authorities to save the animals in her care.

This is a very sad situation that speaks to the human condition. Now I feel justified about being "picky" about the placement of my dog's puppies two years ago. No one really knows what to expect when you place these puppies. There are alot of crazies out here. I can't tell you how many people I offended when I said no to them about owning one of my girl's pups. We put contracts together to try to protect the dog and the potential buyer but, people who have other agendas exist.

In my opinion, name calling and insults towards each other, who geniunely care, is not helping this situation. We are all emotional about this because we love our dogs and the breed and hate to see them harmed in any way. So lets all pull together and stop the name calling. Use animal control and the police departments. That is where our local tax monies go for, legal entities that are here to pursue matters where people are breaking the law. Since a business is mentioned, pursue fraud and/or potential fraud through BBB and your the local State's Attorney's office. I think survelliance is key. Keep gathering evidence so that they can come for the guilty party. And be persistant. Remember that alot of law enforcement agenies don't have the passion we all have to pursue cases like these. Too many people behaving like they have lost their minds! Take care and lets all work for the speedy return of this sweetie!

Are you DERANGED? Have you suffered a severe blow to the head recently? cphdson, have you actually expended any effort at all to find out what PETA is all about?

I think not, or you wouldn't have made such a dangerous suggestion--a suggestion which you really, truly had best NOT implement on your own, since it's not your dog and you're not one of the players in the cast.  I'm sure PETA would just LOVE  to get their 'camel nose' under a tent that includes Schutzhund and  dog breeding--which would be to the detriment of the decent, ethical individuals involved in either or both endeavors, not just to the con artists and animal abusers like Vickie.

The Schutzhund community, as well as the dog breeding community, MUST start seriously policing their own if they wish to protect their sport and their right to breed dogs.  Once others start suggesting that bringing in PETA or HSUS is needed, the ship is beyond just listing and is beginning to actually sink.

Yes, CP Hudson. In the past, I have contacted agencies in that area, and sent certified letters with documentation and pictures to them, particularly to the SPCA. The contact there is Tiffany. She knows about Vickie. Just about anyone who has anything to do with dog welfare in that area knows of Vickie.

It is all of our FAULTS NOW,, THAT SHE WAS FORCEFUL enough by her association with the PDB, that she conned a couple of women , and a few more before that, to releasing a dog to them and paying money , from who cares where, and got the dogs in her possession

LET us remember,   just because you get paid for a dog up front all the time , doesn't  mean other BREEDERS do that same. MANY a breeder takes partial payments on a persons WORD>.After all VICKIE was a part of THIS VERY BASE and until recently showed her MENTAL ILLNESS TRAITS>

WE are dealing with a PHYSCO trait person NOW>  SHE IS threatening in her town many things..   MANY OF YOU  , do not know , what is really going on.   THE LAW < the authorities do know , the ac HAS TONS OF  PAPERWORK ON VICKIE...  THE whole county has tons of paperwork in VICKIE . THERE have been tons of money spent on getting info, vet bills done ,  Vet bills paid on finding our about HESSELS death, many moneys spent on telephone calls, and attorney fees to get the paperwork to OKLAHOMA so proper areas can be used to protect the dog.....IF you knew how many threats have been done and not only to killing dogs  IF...but people also have been threatened.

YOU cannot move illegally against a MENTALLY out of control woman , without doing it safely.
YOU HAVE to wait out some of the events.   DO not think that SAM is not being watched.

The verbal threats , email threats, and even threats using a legal system are high in this case, and the safety of the dog and the people involved is costly.

The things being done are implemented now and the wait is slow.  THE safety of all is now the result of  again, a suspected devious person who intends on reeking havoc all the way to the DB>

Vickie doesn't care what anyone thinks, or says here.  doesn't matter what we do or what we print or who we blame..
 
SHe is living in her own SHELL.   IT cannot be penetrated NOW.   NO one can change the path she is on but her own inner being and that is not gonna happen..SHE is too deep in now and cannot find a door to exit out of. Her , one deed, to give Sam back immediately, might save a life from being harmed any further.
