Why should all other breeders not adopt your approach of 'I know best' in terms of when to breed a dog, and ignore health results? Why then do we even bother to have acceptable scores. Might as well just chuck them in the bin.
Plain and simple no matter how good in other ways this dog may have been, it was unsuitable for breeding. And you condemn the KC!
Posting the rest of your nonsense does not work in diverting attention away from the issue of bad breeding practices you are involved in. But you aren't alone.

And when you have the so called leaders of the breed using both systems for health screening but only publishing and acknowledging the lowest score German system A stamp, BVA higher 20's, more than 12 on one hip, this female then got her UK breed survey.!!!!!! Is this the KC'S fault too

I whole heartily agree with your last two post's in answer to your question What about dogs that already have a (German) breed survey? Should they be re-surveyed? in my opinion yes they should be.
Aileen you are not the only one to use the flaws in the rules of the UK Breed Survey Mr D Hall Who is the Breed Council Vice Chairman and the Surveyor who Surveyed your dog has himself presented and gained a class 1 with a bitch who's BVA hip score is 13/14 total 27. German Score 'a 'normal. Again I am sure that the surveyor was not made aware of the bitches BVA score. Because this bitch received a Breed Survey class 1 she is eligible for entry at WUSV events held in the UK despite having a disqualifying hip score of 13/14 more than 12 on each hip. Wouldn't be surprised if she hasn't already been bred from.

The truth always comes out about anyone and their practices. Whilst they may be anonymous on here, if they breed and exhibit it will still come out - the pigeons will come home to roost. Speaking for myself I don't breed so don't have to defend my dodgy breeding practices.
So, try as you will to divert attention - some, just some, of your lack of care for the breed and it's health are on display. You didn't even meet the minimum requirements of a KC Accredited breeder - now that is rich.

Mr Videx you claim that six of the Videx R litter have excellent hips yet only three from this litter of eight have been scored by the BVA Rakell 6-4, Razor 2-5 and Romin 2-3 all very good scores I might add. Rudi has not been scored under the BVA scheme but dose have a German a stamp. perhaps you could enlighten us mere mortals as to way Rakell and Razor where scored under the BVA scheme and yet Rudi was not when you owned all three at the time there hips where X-rayed.
As for the bitch with a hip score of 48 that was mated to Rudi if she is such an outstanding female way has she never received any top awards in the show ring?
