Well Well it looks to me that we do have options here but one thing is clear if we do not stand up to this onslaught from the "kennel club" written so as a club is an orginisation made up of members and as breeders and owners that surely implies that we are all members and therefor the club should listen to and have its members best interest at heart.
The problem I see here is this club as they call themselves is no more than a financially motivated dictatorship who main intrest is to get as much cash from its members as is possible they clearly do not care about the welfare of the dogs it registers indiscriminantly with either none or very little pressure to have health screening carried out to eliminate on going health problems that exsist in many breeds and why !!!!!! Money no other reason... and where the responsible GSD community have taken there own steps to erradicte health problems within our breed such as hip/elbow scores heamo testing etc and not breeding on from any animals not within good health stats... our high and mighty KC will reg any litter fron reg parents regardless.... Someone must hold this so called club accountable .
So where do we go from here yes the press and yes the monopolies council as this is a legal issue and they can say all they want that they are a club and not a buisness one word descibes that statement rubbish do they earn money do they provide a service yes and yes there for a buisness and a large profit making one at that is what they are and since we do not have another body that exsist within the uk that offers this service that makes them a monopoly and therefor answerable to the complaint commision as we are a part of the EU.
The KC consistantly contradict them selves for one breed they can impliment health screen chages for others it takes the goverment Hello !!!!!

The one thing i am sure about is that what ever action we take we must stand united other wise divided we will fall and the dictatorship will once more conquer so if like me you love the GERMAN SHEPHERD forget you squables and petty carry on and unite as one and fight this injustace for the sake of our beloved breed. However if you choose not to for financal or any other reason then you must realise that this makes you no better than them.

Egyptianqueen: is an Alsatianist - her dogs picture appeared in the Our Dogs supplement on the UK Alsatian Club Ch Show. These are the people who are influencing the Kennel Club in order to destroy the true German Shepherd Dog here in the UK. This is because of our campaign to remove the name Alsatian.
