Been HAD by a breeder in the US? SEE THIS POST! - Page 1

I am getting a list together of all the people who have purchased GSD's from one specific disreputable breeder in the United States. I'll not mention names on this board, but if you wish to email me, I will be happy to discuss it with you. If you have had "something" happen (i.e. limited registration not disclosed before purchase, limited registration not being lifted, addendums to contracts/guarantee post agreement, said contract/guarantee not being adhered to, receiving unregistered dog/pup, etc.)with your German Shepherd Dog, please either post, or email me. I am considering filing a class action lawsuit on behalf of all who have been taken by this breeder. Please email your name, address and a phone number you can be reached at (I will NOT call you without asking beforehand and all personal information is considered PRIVATE AND CONFIDENTIAL), to GSDLawsuit@aol.com and tell me the name of the breeder, the dog and the situation, I will be happy to respond. If it is not the breeder in question, I will inform you immediately.
