GSD breed lose the word Alsatian ? - Page 11

So leave the name as it has been all these years, The GSD (Alsatian), and lets get on with the important issues like breed health and welfare.

The GSD Club of Bristol is no longer in existence. I hope this information helps solve the problem. 
The current state of play as of Thursday  is 9 CLUBS have voted to drop 'Alsatian' from the Breed's title and 3 INDIVIDUALS have informed the KC that they do not want 'Alsatian' dropped. I doubt if the KC wants input from individuals.

Why should the KC not want individuals to express their views on this very important topic, after all not everyone is, or wants to be a member of a breed club. So are they saying Sheila if you dont belong to a breed club you cannot have a say, even though you show, breed and do all the health checks etc.
Some breed clubs are not interested in an individuals views if you aren't a member and some clubs aren't interested in you if you are a member (UK club and South Yorks spring to mind). So how do individuals who have a genuine interest in the breed and the proposed changes express their views other than direct to the KC. ?????????
