Kelleigh

Yes we do have freedom of speech in Canada, but as in the US and other countries, until tried and convicted, if we say in print that which is not proven in court, we are liable. What a terrible terrible thing to do to these beautiful dogs. We have a woman in Nova Scotia who has been to jail for animal abuse and selling sick puppies etc. The NSPCA steps in, she assaults them and the police, but she gets off lightly. This woman in London Ontario I believe I read about but I don't recall the name. A breeder should always check out the health references and speak personally to the vet about any animals the perspective client has owned in the past. My daughter recently adopted two kittens from animal rescue in Pennsylvania. Believe me, the background and vet checks were worthy of applause. The kittens are now over a year old, beautiful and healthy.

My email address is available.
