Hello, I'm looking at a very nice breeder that has done IPO with his dogs and they have passed all kinds of tests (MH - KORAD and so forth) but I can't find his kennel registered on the FCI page.
Is there another way to know?

In Europe it was not (for a many years) obligation to register a kennel name in FCI. This is why you can not find this breeder on FCI site. Tell me the name of the breeder and his kennel name, maybe I will be able to help you.

I think you breder are in Sweden. The dog are reg. ind SKK (Sweden Kennel Klub)
SKK are member under FCI.
