They had two problems the first year. Maybe I should rephrase that and say I had two problems the first year they offered it. They had a test link to see if your computer could stream the event. When I did the test the picture appeared. Woohoo! I thought I was in and ordered the service. The video didn't stream. It was jearky and took too much time to load. As I recall the dogs were identified as they were shown in the performance tests. After about 6 hours of trying to get it to work, I gave up. I wasn't able to visit the sieger show in the comfort of my own home. To make matters worse I was billed again for the service. Paying once was enough, but I didn't want to pay twice. To make matters worse again,, it took a lot of communication to get the charges dropped. Somehow when I explained; you could not access the service unless you paid to access the service in advance,,,it didn't work. Must have been a language thing. It took a few months to convince them. They would not accept the logic so I had to show them the date and time from my bank statement to convince them.
Maybe things are better now. I'm sure thousands are able to view it correctly. Just check the stream test to ensure you are satisfied with the quality of the service.
