As it turned out, after I heard the new husband actually used toilet paper to "wipe" the poodle before she was allowed back inside the house after urinating,

I just finished cleaning up some very messy liquid diarrhea off my hardwood floor a short while ago. We've all been there/done that if we've had dogs for any length of time. Can you just IMAGINE what it would be like if that had happenend on a white carpet? And can you imagine this obessive-compulsive clean freak's response? The dog would probably wind up on a chain in the backyard!

So anyway, the guy that had my puppy wasn't complaining about white carpets getting liquid crap on them or that the dog needed its ass wiped. He could not stand one person asking what breed his pup was because she has soft ears. It was all about image, not white carpets...image...as in how do I look with this dog? Edit to correct mistyped word.

I feel sympathy for the wife & daughter of this man. So glad you got your pup back.

Geez, in that case I should return Thor to you Joan, as an employee at the pet food store asked the other day when I took Thor in there "is he a shepherd mix", LOL.   Here'sThor with his "speed ears" as I call them - they are designed for aerodynamic efficiency at speed, lol.

Thor looks great!
He's still got some growing to do. Most of my dogs grow till two and some don't finish till three.

Wow, those are some ears! :)

And what matters is what's between them. Looking into those dark eyes its very evident the 'lights are on and somebody's home'. :-)

He's in top physical condition, unlike me  lol.     I think he'll be a later bloomer, still has some filling out to do and mental maturation, but he's really developing nicely into the sort of dog that I asked you for.    We're having fun together, thanks for sending him my way.
