Ok I can't wait,  but be ready to tell us what you have done with your GSD's to have made you such a breed expert. Did it come in a bottle? Can I buy some?

by Blitzen on 19 July 2015 - 21:07

To get BACK TO THE TOPIC OF DRIVE IN SHOWLINES, can the original project talked about in the link above be updated? It seems like a shame to let it drop, looks like a lot of work was put into all of it. Are there enough SL people here to make it  worthwhile?

once again a decent thread becomes a pissing contest between the same 1or2 members its not about what one person has done or is doing .Its about SL lack of drive or is it normal drive and no nerve or WL have way to much that they cant switch off can be a nusance erhier way seems nither dog has the ballance to be the perfect dog. But it seems easy to pick faults on the one that is not your perfered .WL people want crazy drives with no limits and think SL should be the same .And what this brings in a lot of dogs is SL cant bit AND WL you can get them  off the BLEEP sleeve no control and no focus on the handler forget about mad drives and look for mad nerve and with that you will see the best drive ever and the dog will drive itself

Mod edit, no need for curse words, thanks.

But, Yogi, it still matters that those who do all the talking actually know what they are talking about, don't you think? I myself would never presume to judge a working line since I've never owned one and my experience with those of others has not been stellar or positive. It would be stupid to assume that just because I had some bad experiences with WL's that all or even most are crap dogs. On the other hand, 2 of the GSD's I've admired the most were WL's. I try to see the best in every GSD.
